If you own a replica of The A-Team van and happen to be, you know, sane, it does not mean you are an innate badass like B.A. Baracus. Nor does it give you licenses to ram said imitation vehicle into a cop car when the po-po pulls you over for a moving violation. However, if you are a bit of a whack job, you may think the opposite is true.

Luis Davilo, 50, of Orlando must be crazy, because the above-referenced scenario actually happened. He was pulled over this weekend for a bunch of violations, like driving without his headlights on. Naturally, they were off, because you don't want the bad guys to see you coming.

The Orlando Sentinel
reports that a cop pulled over Davilo's Ford truck, which was black with the signature red stripe, over. The cop was still seated in his patrol car when Davilo backed into it. The cop exited his car and attempted to approach the van, but Davilo drove forward and backward into his car. Despite the cop's orders to stop, Davilo lunged forward again, striking a pole.

These actions resulted in Davilo being tasered, since he wouldn't show his hands.

An open beer can was in the van and Davilo appeared intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a law-enforcement officer, leaving the scene of an accident, two counts of resisting an officer without violence, and aggravated battery on a law-enforcement officer with a vehicle.

We pity this fool. You knew that was coming.
