The Divine Fits are an indie rock group with members originating from the US and the Great White North.  Their latest single, 'Ain't That the Way', should be jammed deep in your earholes immediately.

The Fits are comprised of Britt Daniel, former lead singer and guitarist of Spoon, and Dan Boeckner of Wolf Parade and Handsome Furs. Daniel and Boeckner met at a Handsome Furs concert in 2007 and later played shows together with their respective bands. After deciding to form a new group, Sam Brown (New Bomb Turks) was brought in as drummer and Alex Fischel (PAPA) joined shortly thereafter.

In August of 2012, the band released 'A Thing Called Divine Fits' on Merge Records. Their two latest tracks, 'Ain’t That The Way' and 'Chained To Love' are available now.

This weekend, the Divine Fits will hit Times Square as part of CBGB Fest. This historic, and FREE, six day music and film festival will feature live performances from an insane line-up of bands including My Morning Jacket, The Wallflowers, Grizzly Bear, Divine Fits, a special DJ set by James Murphy (DFA / LCD Soundsystem), Meat Puppets and many more. Check out the official festival website for more details.
