The New York Yankees were in Kansas City this past weekend where the Royals were gracious hosts, allowing the Bronx Bombers to sweep them.

The "home" crowd was packed with Yankees fans, many of whom were in attendance to see Mariano Rivera's final regular season games at Kauffman Stadium. One fan showed that he's a little more serious about the Yanks than other fans: he has a Yankees Hall of Fame tattooed on his back. As you can see in the picture above, it's like that scene in 'Nightmare on Elm Street' when Freddy Krueger shows off the souls he has taken, except with Yankees greats.

Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, Whitey Ford, Billy Martin, Thurman Munson, Casey Stengel, Reggie Jackson, Elston Howard and Roger Maris are all readily visible on one back. It also appears like Yogi Berra is creeping out from around his lat fat. (Note to Yankees back tattoo guy: don't eat more, otherwise Mantle will start to look like actor Kevin James.) The famous facade of Yankee Stadium is also visible, as is a subway car headed to the Bronx (and a mole that probably could have been converted into a pitcher's mound).

The real dilemma: where does this guy put 'The Core Four' of Rivera, Derek Jeter, Andy Pettitte and Jorge Posada? They have to be included, right? Technically this Yankees fan does have more real estate further south, but, uh…this could get ugly(ier) soon.
