There are many things we love in this world, and ranking high on that list are breakfast foods and The Beatles. So it should come as no surprise that we’re downright delighted that someone has finally decided to combine the two.

A food sculptor (yep, that’s a job) named Paul Baker recently recreated the cover of The Beatles’ classic album ‘Abbey Road’ out of breakfast foods like scrambled eggs, hash browns, cereal and, of course, bacon. (Ya gotta have bacon for breakfast.)

Baker was hired to create this glorious artwork by Beefeater Grill, a UK restaurant chain. Why, you ask? Well, the answer seems to be, “because we could.”

“To celebrate our breakfast menu, we wanted to do something to mark an amazing year for Great Britain," said a Beefeater spokesperson. "And what is more British than The Beatles crossing Abbey Road? After a 'Hard Day’s Night,' a hearty breakfast is the best way to start the day and we hope that the variety we offer at Beefeater Grill will keep our customers coming back for more!”

So, again, “because we could.”
