If you don't think the robot revolution is upon us, you might want to start facing facts. We've told you about the Terminator prototype, the androids that will replace hookers, and the rock, paper, scissors bot that never loses. Now, there's a 3D printer that has many a burrito assembly line worker worried.

The customizable, 3-D Burritob0t prototype began as a masters thesis research project of interactive designer Marko Manriquez while studying at NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program. On his site, he claims the groundbreaking product will "print your dream burrito ingredients straight onto a tortilla."

Before you cut up your lifetime membership card to Chipotle, you should know that it can only pump out foods in paste form. So, ingredients such as lettuce or chunky salsa will not make it through a syringe without blending it first. Wait! Everything in paste form? Finally, the future has arrived!

Marko is currently working on an exhibition that will include a five-course meal, with each prepared by a different bot. The digitally fabricating foodie describes it as "dinner theater meets MST3K meets that toast-making Rube Goldberg device from 'Back to the Future.'" We're sold.
