It's Rose McGowan! She's perhaps most famous for having played Paige Matthews, one of the "Charmed Ones" on the show 'Charmed.'

All throughout the '90s, she starred in movies such as 'Scream,' 'Devil in the Flesh,' 'Jawbreaker' and 'Ready to Rumble.'

One of her more recent roles was Cherry Darling, the go-go dancer with an automatic rifle for a leg in Robert Rodriguez's 'Planet Terror.'
