It's Emily Osment, best known for her role as Lily Truscott on 'Hannah Montana' and as the younger sister of Haley Joel Osment!

You've probably seen her recently as Gabi Diamond in 'Young & Hungry' and as Roxie in 'Cleaners.'

She just wrapped up a film called 'Kiss Me' and is working on 'No Way Jose.' Miss Osment's been working in Hollywood most of her life, so chances are good that we'll see her in the spotlight for a good while. And that's great, because the 22-year-old has developed into such a little hottie.
