It's actress Diane Guerrero, better known as Maritza Ramos from 'Orange is the New Black'!

Maritza is known as a pretty tough chick raised in the Bronx and is definitely one of the hottest inmates being held at Litchfield. Diane has also appeared in 'Are We There Yet?' in a recurring role and in 'Emoticon;)' in 2014. You can expect to see more of this hottie in The CW's upcoming series, 'Jane the Virgin'.
