It could be said that Nikki is best known for her roles in the television series 'Unhappily Ever After', 'Las Vegas', and 'Nikki', but for us, her 1999 engagement to Bobcat Goldthwait is much more memorable.

Seriously, how does a hot bombshell piece of class like Nikki Cox get hooked up with a guy whose comedy could either be considered the ninth stage of Dante’s Inferno or a forth-stage symptom of neurosyphilis? Ok, so maybe we're just jealous.

After Nikki’s show ‘Unhappily Ever After’ was cancelled by the WB Network (Remember them?), she landed a role as a former prostitute named Taylor Clayton on 'The Norm McDonald Show', which was cancelled after three seasons.

Nikki has also been romantically linked to Kevin Connolly. However, she is currently married to comedian Jay Mohr.
