These Mass Effect 3 Memes & Videos Won’t Let You Down (Unlike Its Ending)

There's certainly been no shortage of fan outrage over the final moments of BioWare's trilogy-closing blockbuster, "Mass Effect 3." To say gamers who dedicated dozens of hours exploring the series' alien worlds, forming unlikely alliances to combat an ancient machine race bent on destroying all organic life and personally tweaking myriad aspects of their own unique Commander Shepard were disappointed by how the space opera wrapped up would be an understatement.

A just-announced extended ending for the title promises to deliver "more closure and clarity." Whether it will actually satisfy disgruntled gamers remains to be seen. Until then, we'll just have to bask in the frustrated humor of fan-made images and videos. Here are some of our favorites.
