It’s not often the NHL can take center stage in the middle of an otherwise dreary February weekend, but the Chicago Blackhawks are making sure that’s exactly the case.

Tonight, the Blackhawks will try to set the NHL record for most games with at least one point to start a season. Chicago (13-0-3) currently shares ownership of the record with the 2006-07 Anaheim Ducks, which went on to win the Stanley Cup. Standing in the Blackhawks’ way: the San Jose Sharks, who are playing some decent hockey themselves.
