James Madison Beats LIU-Brooklyn, 68-55 — 2013 NCAA Tournament Scores

A.J. Davis scored 20 points, and James Madison beat LIU-Brooklyn, 68-55, in a First Four game of the 2013 NCAA tournament in Dayton, Ohio on Wednesday night. As a result of the win, the 16th-seeded Dukes (21-14) will play top-seeded Indiana in the East Regional in Dayton on Friday afternoon.

Normally a reserve, Davis was given the start due to the first-half suspension of Rayshawn Goins, who was arrested on charges of obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct on Sunday. The victory was the first for James Madison in the NCAA tournament since 1983.
