In the late 90's, there were three "major" wrestling promotions. You had WWE/WWF, WCW, and ECW. The two latter companies eventually lost the "Monday Night Wars" (even though ECW was never a Monday night show), and were bought out by Vince McMahon and the WWE. At the time of their closure, WCW was being run by Kevin Nash, and ECW was being run by Paul Heyman. Considering the competition of that era, it's quite understandable that both men don't like each other.

This video encapsulates Kevin Nash's true feelings on Paul E. Dangerously. He doesn't respect his creativity and becomes pretty derogatory. He even hits below the belt with  "you're ugly, get hair plugs." Kevin Nash seems to have something bad to say about pretty much everyone in the business, and Paul Heyman has a track record of rubbing people the wrong way, so none of this is as surprising as it is funny.

Nash was always about one thing in his wrestling career -- making money. He and Scott Hall left WWE for WCW and the payday, and they even had contracts that were raised every time a new WCW hire was paid more. Big Kev was never known for caring about the business, or being a workhorse, which might explain his willingness to bury people.

Paul Heyman has long been a part of wrestling before and after the demise of ECW. I can't say how much business ECW did, and it surely wasn't as much as WCW, but it's hard to root against Heyman. Sure, he's going bald, but the dude brings imagination to the wrestling world even after all these years.

A physical confrontation between Heyman and Nash wouldn't be a lasting affair. Either Heyman gets knocked out, or Kevin Nash pulls something when he reaches back to throw a punch. I'd listen to the two debate wrestling for hours, though.
