Lacrosse Goalie Makes Save With Mask

We’ve heard of using your head to make a save, but the video below from an under-18 lacrosse game takes that adage to a whole new level. Watch as the team in the blue jerseys attack on offense and take a shot on the green goalie.

At first, it appears from a distance that the goalie makes the save with his stick. However, when the videographer zooms in on the goalie, he notices that the ball has actually gotten stuck under the chin protector of the goalie’s mask.

That was a close shave…huh?
