Learn the Lingo of Dead Space 3

Dead Space 3

A new development video from Visceral gives the skinny on how Kinect commands will work for the Xbox 360 version of Dead Space 3.

We’ve known for a little while now that Dead Space 3 would be the first game to offer co-operative Kinect commands, but we hadn’t seen the new feature in action. On Monday, Visceral released a new video giving us just a little taste of what commands would work with Kinect, and in what situations you’d be able to shout at your Xbox and get results. Here’s a hint: Dead Space 3 can’t help you make sandwiches.

The commands aren’t anything too crazy, and a few of them actually look to be more intuitive than others, but overall it appears like Kinect commands may actually make the game more immersive. Check out the video below and let us know if you’ll be using Kinect when Dead Space 3 arrives Feb. 5th.
