No. 95: Leighton Meester — Hottest Women of 2013

Once TV's 'It' girl, actress and singer Leighton Meester is one of the hottest women of 2013. Though she's never been the party girl-type, Meester's glance seems to give away a hint of mischief. We can only dream. Meester's biggest break came when she was selected to star in the since-ended CW series 'Gossip Girl.' She also starred in several major motion pictures, including "The Roommate.'

Though Meester won't have a series on television in 2013, she has roles in the films 'God Only Knows' and 'Any Tom, Dick, or Harry.' Meester also dabbles in music and could do a mini-tour, as she did with the band Check in the Dark in 2012.
