You know how you're always getting the best deals on TVs from that guy with the skull tattoo on his face? Well, he might not have obtained those TVs legally. Shocking, we know.

Authorities in Godfrey, Ill., a suburb of St. Louis, arrested Adam G. Roberts, 24, on three felony burglary charges Friday. They believe that Roberts, who has a skull tattooed on his face, is connected to a string of burglaries at a storage unit facility. Police have already recovered $1,000 worth of the stolen TVs, video game equipment and other items that were reported stolen. They figure that tracking down other people who bought goods from Roberts won't be difficult, because they might remember him for some reason:

There probably isn’t another guy out there with that tattoo, so if they bought something from someone with a skull tattoo in the St. Louis area, it’s probably this guy,” Capt. Mike Dixon of the Madison County Sheriff’s Department said.

Intrepid police work there, Detective Columbo.

Having tattoos doesn't make someone worthy of suspicion, but doing anything illegal while having a distinguishing physical characteristic like that tattoo does make them stupid. How many 7-foot tall bank robbers do you know of? EXACTLY.
