Mila Kunis has been declared the "Knockout of the Year" by GQ magazine. Don't be fooled by Mila's innocent look: she doesn't pull any punches when talking about Hollywood.

Mila lays out what she and other actresses deal with on a regular basis:

"The bottom line is if you're an attractive female in this industry, people just take you as that: attractive. People aren't getting the opportunity to move beyond being attractive. It's not only with comedy. It could be with drama or action or whatever. People are distracted by looks."

Interesting quote coming from a woman posing half-naked for an award based partially on looks.

Mila also talks about moving to America at a young age, and not knowing English, and how she didn't have many friends so she took up acting as a way to meet other kids.

It seems like poor Mila just needs a hug. Line starts behind us. Let's hope this diving board can hold us all.
