The album's first single, 'Starships'", was released in February and became Minaj's best-peaking single in the United Kingdom (reaching #2). It also peaked at #5 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Nicki performed with Madonna and M.I.A. at the Super Bowl XLVI halftime show then debuted her song "Roman Holiday" at the 54th Grammy Awards. It was the first song ever performed on the Grammy stage by a solo female rapper.
