No. 42: Olivia Culpo — Hottest Women of 2013

In a way, Olivia Culpo was already named the hottest woman in the universe. The Rhode Island native won the Miss Universe pageant in 2012, the first U.S. winner since Brook Lee in 1997. A dark-haired beauty with doe eyes, Culpo has traveled the world in support of her crown.

Some pageant officials were shocked by the early 2013 revelation of photos showing the underage Culpo drinking, but the pics just showed Culpo is human. Culpo will help crown the new Miss Universe in Jakarta in 2013. She'll spend the rest of her year as the hottest college student at Boston University.
