Realtor Uses Sex and Chocolate To Sell Houses
Sure, we've all heard that "sex sells" but can it sell real estate? That's the hope of one agent who is using a sexy photo shoot to move a TriBeCa apartment in the former Baker's Chocolate Factory. Imagine models in undies and dripping in chocolate. If you've got a terrible imagination, just stare at the picture above and you've got the idea.
Michael Meier of Rutenberg Realty's The Meier Group (guess who it's named after) has already listed a $3.9 million Chelsea loft in New York City using another sexy photo shoot (minus the chocolate).
If you watch his web series, "Selling Higher with Michael Meier," you get a behind-the-scenes look at the racy photo shoot. Skip past the history lesson and all the footage of Meier on his Ducati. Seriously, Michael, way too much video of you riding your bike. We get it -- you're cool, Fonzie.
The photos of the 2800 sq. ft 2-bedroom at 105 Hudson Street will appear in Manhattan magazine. If you have $2.795 million laying around, here is the listing but you're probably more apt to just watch these videos of scantily clad models parading around.
