It'll be a while before Roy Mitchell can live this one down. The 22-year-old made a pit stop at a gas station convenience store for a bag of Doritos... oh, and everything in the cash register. Too bad he forgot his mom was there, and he was forced to watch her step in, snatch the gun and escort him out, scolding him the entire way.

It doesn't get any more embarrassing than that. Oh wait, it does, because the gun wasn't real.

We don't advocate robbery, but if you find yourself in that position, you might want to leave mommy at home. On a more trivial note, the reporter relaying the story believes the cashier is in shock when, in reality, she just knew this guy was small-time. Exhibit A: the surveillance footage. At least put your finger on the trigger, dude.

Roy's mom tried to convince the cashier to let her boy slide, but as soon as they drove away, homegirl was on the phone with the po-po, who stopped the crime family's car down the road. Now he's not only facing jail time, but also a time out and a grounding.
