Russian Man Surfs Flooded Streets

When most people see a flooded street, they look at it as a problem, but one Russian wakeboarder saw it as the best new place to show off his craft.

Heavy rain in the town of Irkutsk caused some of the streets to be flooded. As cars attempted to drive past the rising water, the wakeboarder got some help from his friend with an SUV to change Irkutsk into Surf City, Russia.
