The World’s Greatest Parkour Champ Is … A Squirrel!

It's quite possible this squirrel would easily give famed parkour kings Damien Walters and Sebastien Foucan a run, jump or ridiculous side flip for their money. 

Filmed somewhere in Europe, this video proves that randomly running and stopping in front of cars isn't the craziest thing these tree-dwelling rodents are willing to do. Apparently, jumping out of an incredibly high window is fair play as well. Let's see Sebastian or Damien try that one.

It's obvious that the squirrel was spooked; if not by the unfamiliar surroundings of a kitchen than certainly because of the guy chasing him with some device it knows nothing of.

As far as it's victoriously awesome escape; like any good parkour-goer, the squirrel used it's surroundings as aids. The door frame, the refrigerator, the cabinets. And finally... the window.

We had no idea squirrels had built in parachutes.

Whether it was an attempt at squirrel suicide, a dire need for escape or just one more example of how squirrels love screwing with us, it's a pretty wild watch.
