For those of you who don't know, I was recently unable to workout and completely sedentary/bedridden for almost 3 months due to a back injury😩. During that time I gained weight, lost a lot of muscle and watched pretty much everything on Netflix😂. I did my best to keep posting on IG but my confidence/self image was low and I was pretty depressed😰. In the last month I have finally been able to get back to the gym. Although I’m still not as strong/fit as I was before, I have seen progress. I’m back to my original weight, and working on building back my muscle tone!
