Decorating the house isn't enough for most people so they've got to take it a step further -- decking out the car in Xmas twinklers. It's spread the holiday cheer. Unfortunately, cops don't like the traveling light show one bit.

David Hill of Wichita, KS covered his Ford F-350 Super Duty in 856 Christmas lights to raise awareness for this charity. The lights were attached to the truck using magnets and powered by an 8,000-Watt generator mounted in the bed of the truck. Weird. We do the same thing to our Xmas tree.

Wichita police pulled Hill over to give him an early Christmas gift -- a $300 ticket for "being a distraction and illegally displaying red and blue lights on a vehicle." Red and blue is reserved for emergency vehicles.
