How could we pick Doom II over the original groundbreaking title? Two words: "super" and "shotgun." It doesn't matter that it takes forever to reload because you'll only need one shot.

The new weapon is one of the few things that have been changed from the original, since this is admittedly more of the same. The graphics engine was improved making the levels are a little larger and more enemies can swarm, but for the most part, you're just running around shooting anything that moves... and collecting keys. Doom II still holds up today, offering more flat-out fun than any modern shooter around.
