Side scrolling shooters and Treasure - they just go hand in hand. The famed developer's shining title is still its first, though- Gunstar Heroes, a game that combined great weaponry, inventive bosses, and of course, thousands of bullets.

The most innovative feature was clearly its weapon system, which allowed you to use two power-ups at once. For instance, grab Flame and have a handy short-range flamethrower. Grab two Flames and you'll get a longer range flamethrower, but combine Flame and Lighting and you get a Beam Saber. 14 combinations await!
