Brit Marling — Celeb Crush

Brit wasn't always planning to go into showbiz. She graduated from Georgetown with an economics degree, and almost went to work at Goldman Sachs before deciding she loved the arts more.

Once she turned the job down, she moved to LA to "explore the movie industry," and was disappointed to only be offered roles as "the cute blonde in horror movies." She decided to teach herself how to write movies, instead, and began work on two films, 'Another Earth,' and 'Sound of My Voice,' both of which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2011.

Next for Brit? She'll be starring alongside Ellen Paige in the 2013 thriller 'The East.' We can't wait to see more of her on the big screen.
