Korean actress Doona Bae is a star in her native land. She’s appeared in great Korean films like Park Chan-Wook's ‘Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance’ and Boon Jong-Ho's 'The Host.' Now, Bae is set to impress U.S. audiences with a role -- or several roles, rather --  in 'Cloud Atlas,'which opens in theaters this week.

The 33-year-old Seoul native plays at least three different roles in the ambitious 'Cloud Atlas,' a movie that spans time and genres, where most of the primary cast take on several different roles. You can see Bae featured in the film’s trailer below, during the scenes taken from the “Neo-Seoul” portion of the movie.

Though she spans time throughout the course of the movie, we think Bae is just as gorgeous and talented in any time period. We’re looking forward to seeing her on the big screen and, hopefully, following up her ‘Cloud Atlas’ gig with several more U.S. film projects in the coming years.
