This 35-year-old New Zealand native has been on our crush list for a long time, and she's holding steady.

Best known these days for her role as Rose on 'Two and a Half Men,' Melanie has also graced the silver screen in such films as 'Ever After,' 'Heavenly Creatures' 'Away We Go,' 'Sweet Home Alabama,''The Informant,' 'Hello I Must Be Going,' and most recently, 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower,' where she played Helen.

Raised in New Plymouth, NZ, she made her debut at the age of 15 in the above mentioned 'Heavenly Creatures,' opposite Kate Winslet. Not a bad start.
