Hilarious ‘New York Times’ Correction Is Pure LOL Heaven
All the news that's fit to print. And all the mistakes that are fit to make you laugh.
Maybe that ought to be the new slogan for The New York Times.
There's really not much to say here, except this correction is fantastic.
The New York Times is a bastion of journalistic credibility, but this? This seems like a development that would be applauded by the Onion, but chastised by one of the world's most prestigious newspapers (even if newspapers are dying off like dinosaurs).
You don't need to be well-versed in international politics to know no one in this piece is going to use Pimpin4Paradise786 as his Snapchat handle. You'd have to think whoever edited the story faced more than just the a stern talking to after it was published.
