NFL Replacement Ref Needs Help Remembering Penalties

Now that the NFL has announced that the replacement referees will be calling games during week one of the 2013 NFL regular season, they might want to invest some moolah in their public speaking.

On Wednesday, replacement referee Don King (not the boxing promoter) had some issues explaining penalties during a game between the Patriots and Giants at MetLife Stadium.
