There are plenty of ways to tell that you are having a bad day at the 2012 Summer Olympics and Cuban pole vaulter Lazaro Borges found out one of those ways when a bad break happened during one of his vaults.

Watch as Borges attempts a vault at the height of 5.35 meters but before he is able to clear over the bar, the pole decides to break and causes Lazaro to fall short on this attempt:
