Greta Gerwig — Celeb Crush

Great Gerwig is an American actress closely associated with the “mumblecore” indie film movement. Gerwig has starred in several mumblecore movies, which offer a loose mix of improvisational acting and quirky subject matter. The results are often mixed, but when Gerwig is involved, you can at least look forward to an honest performance from one of the most interesting actresses working today. 

You may have seen Gerwig starring opposite Ben Stiller in ‘Greenberg’ or playing second or third fiddle to the stars in bigger budget fare like ‘No Strings Attached’ and the ‘Arthur’ remake. She’s a respected name in the indie film world, and her upcoming movie. ‘Frances Ha,’ promises to be another indie cinema treat from Gerwig. It opens in June.
