Kate Middleton Topless Photos Published in French Magazine

Prince William and Kate Middleton are fuming this morning after photos of a topless Kate on vacation last week were published in a French magazine. The pics were snapped while Kate was hanging out on a balcony away from, she thought, the public eye.

Though we haven't seen the photos, chances are it will probably squash all of the "Kate Middleton is pregnant" rumors that the couple has been dodging since five minutes after their wedding.

The photos will probably get erased from existence before they hit American soil, so we'll have to make due with just checking out Kate's naked cousin.
