Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk visited the Dan Patrick radio show today and shared some interesting incite into the thought process of some NFL general managers and staff in regard to former Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o.

NFL brass isn't worried about his ability of if he'll be able to perform under the spotlight and scrutiny that comes with playing in the NFL. They just want to know if he likes men. Yes, in that way.

Florio said..

"On the field, you still have to account for what happened in the BCS National Championship Game against Alabama," Florio told the Dan Patrick Show. "Here's the elephant in the room for the teams and it shouldn't matter, but we have to step aside from the rest of reality and walk into the unique industry that is the NFL. Teams want to know whether Manti Te'o is gay. They just want to know. They want to know because in an NFL locker room, it's a different world. It shouldn't be that way."

Te'o met with about 20 teams at the NFL combine before working out with linebackers Monday and made no mention of any NFL teams asking about his sexuality.

At least he didn't have to answer questions about his mom being a prostitute.
