KFC Accused of Serving Not-So-Scrumptious Fried Rat
Spiders in bananas are just the beginning of your culinary nightmare.
California security guard Devorise Dixon claims he bought a three-piece meal at KFC recently, only to discover one of the pieces was a rat.
Dixon posted images of the piece in question on his Facebook page, inciting a viral sensation:
WENT BACK TO KFC YESTERDAY AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER SHE SAID IT IS A RAT AND APOLOGIZED, IT'S TIME FOR A LAWYER!!! BESAFE DON'T EAT FAST FOOD !!!

While Dixon says a store manager admitted it was a rat and tried to compensate him with a free meal, KFC's corporate office isn't taking the matter lying down. It claims:
KFC takes customer claims very seriously, and we are continuing to investigate this matter. Our chicken tenders often vary in size and shape, and we currently have no evidence to support this claim. We are aggressively trying to reach Mr. Dixon, and we request that he return to the restaurant with the product for testing."
While KFC maintains it is trying to contact Dixon, the chain says he is "refusing to either talk to us personally or through a lawyer."
Dixon told a Los Angeles radio show, "It was very nasty. I spit it out. I looked down at my hand and I realized that it was in the shape of a rat with a tail and everything in it." He also uploaded a video for your viewing pleasure. Now, can someone tell us where the nearest Popeyes is?
