If you think the famous Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders have the hottest backsides in the football team's stadium, think again. In fact, one woman's butt was so hot, she's suing the organization.

In August of 2010, Jennelle Carrillo attended the Blue & Silver scrimmage football game at Cowboys Stadium. Temperatures that day were in excess of 100 degrees, which apparently heated up a black marble bench outside the arena to "scalding" -- because when Carrillo sat down on it, she wound up with third-degree burns.

Carrillo’s lawyer, Michael Wash, said his client was “hospitalized for about a week [and] had some very serious injuries," and even had to receive skin grafts.

Part of the lawsuit reads, “The bench was uncovered and openly exposed to the extremely hot August sun. The combination of the nature of the black, marble bench and hot sunlight caused the bench to become extremely hot and unreasonable dangerous.” It goes on to say "the stadium didn’t warn Carrillo or others about hot bench dangers" and that "there were no signs posted warning that the bench was hot."

Carrillo is seeking unspecified damages for mental anguish, physical pain and disfigurement. "Embarrassment," unfortunately, isn't a sue-able offense.
