It’s Laura Govan!

Laura Govan, a stunning "multi-cultural woman of Mexican and African-American descent," is engaged to her boyfriend of 12 years,  NBA player Gilbert Arenas. Arenas, if you haven't heard, is currently considering a one year contract to play with the Guangdong Southern Tigers in China.

Govan and Arenas have four small children, and have not released information on when or where they will be tying the knot, but it's looking like it might be wedding bells in Beijing, if Arenas accepts the deal. We'd pretty much travel anywhere with her, so we get it.
