Johnny Cash — Musician Mug Shots

Johnny Cash was arrested in October 1965 when U.S. Customs agents found hundreds of pills in his luggage ranging from high powered speed to tranquilizers.

Although Cash didn’t go to Folsom Prison for having such a heft personal stash of uppers and downers, he did spend a night in the El Paso jail, and later plead guilty to a misdemeanor count of bad luck.

Cash paid a $1,000 fine and received a 30-day sentence.
