A near-perfect remake of the classic game, it does absolutely everything right in adapting the game for current generations to play. Much like the original, players use their expandable bionic arm to swing around like Tarzan. The various powerups change things up even more and the game is as difficult as ever. The remake is much more forgiving -- kicking players back to the level selection map if after losing a life.

The sequel to this title added a jump button but isn't as good as Bionic Commando Rearmed.
